Expanding wings. Reaching new horizons.
At Devnar, our mission is to reach out to as many visually-challenged children as possible. Our future vision is to increase the strength of the students to 1000+ by 2025. For that, we need to expand our infrastructural capacity. Our current infrastructure includes a 4-floor building in Begumpet and a 3-floor building in Ranigunj. This includes 30 Classrooms, 4 Computer Labs, Science Labs, a Library, Audio Recording Room, an Open Auditorium, and a Seminar Hall with a capacity of 150 individuals. This apart there are administrative sections, hostels for boys and girls, staff-quarters, and parking area. However, to achieve our future goal, we have planned to construct additional blocks next to the current building. This would be a Ground + 3 -Floors building having 15 classrooms, 10 Staff Quarters and Warden Rooms, Staff Room, Science lab, and Resource Room. We invite you to be a part of this dream. You Can Help
At Devnar, every child is family. Our residential hostel provides free boarding and lodging with safe, separate dormitories for boys and girls. Caring wardens and support staff ensure each child’s comfort and security, while younger students receive special assistance in their daily routines.
Nutritious meals — breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner — are freshly prepared and served on time.
Students enjoy music, yoga, dance, and sports like cricket and volleyball, along with ample playground activities that bring joy and laughter. Also Vedic Mathematics, spoken English classes and Bhagwad Geeta classes are conducted for our students.
We plan to maintain Devnar Hostel in an eco-friendly manner, using solar energy for water heating and lighting. Any interested sponsor may please contact our office.
